Social Entrepreneurship Ideas

Today I was traveling in a local train in India. In this time I experienced, I felt, I realized a lot more than when I tried to check internet for startup ideas. Most of these ideas may be categorized as social entrepreneurship. I cannot help me but mentioning some of them here.
Platform for Local and Poor Artists:
During this travel my mind was captivated by the amazing flute playing by a beggar. So I was thinking why aren’t we creating a platform for these local poor artists who have talents in different fields and publishing their work through Youtube, Blog, Website and any other thing to make money from their work so that we can stop them to beg by giving money from here and also entrepreneurs can earn some bucks.
Education for Poor Children:
It’s one of the greatest pain when I see small childs are begging in the train, public place. It’s not the solution to give them money or food instantly as it’s not only temporary but also a positive reinforcement for their begging i.e. to encourage them to carry on begging. In these situations, I always ask myself ,”What can I do Boss??”. I got almost same answer most of the time,”Make infrastructure for them where you can educate them properly with satisfying their basic needs.” But you may think it’s philanthropy. No boss.. it will not only benefit the poor children but also benefit you as well. Here’s how –
Firstly we can set up a school or education institute not only for these poor children but all. So from here you can take money from other parents and the profit you can spend for these poor children. And after some point of time, you will have a great pool of resource with skills which you have taught them. So in this point you can get some work (like some freelance projects) from them which is beneficial for them and you too.
Conclusion:
Actually you cannot rise without lifting others. Even if you rise, it’s temporary. So we can think for holistic development of society maybe by some entrepreneurship ideas or may be by some other means.

Where to Invest?

For investment decision making I always tried to learn more from Google. I went through a ton of articles in the vast sphere of investment. But I was not satisfied. Sometimes I decided to invest in stock trading, sometimes in my career, sometimes in some other things. I always felt distracted, I felt inconsistent .. etc.. etc.. a feel bad experience for me.

Being frustrated, I questioned myself,

"Well!! these may not be working out for me. I am lacking something. But what's that?"
I tried to dive deeper into the core of myself. And I found below data as output which may help you -
Reason for null and void output for any effort as input:I was not clear what I want? (Requirement gathering stage omitted)As there was no requirement, there was no plan and goal too. (Project planning missed)As there was no plan, the whole effort was scattered and had gone in vain by producing only some "feel bad" output as bugs. (No development plan) And also I found below insights:

Failure Stories Are More Important Than Successful Ones

We are living in a society where success stories are glorified and failure stories are horrified. Isn’t it so? But believe me it’s terrible. We need to break this system. I will tell you why? Let’s have an analogy.
Suppose you are at the START point in the above picture. Now your destination is the END point. So you will be successful when you will reach the END point in the picture. Now if I tell you some success stories or events it will tell you about the END point. So you will get an idea about END point only. I’m not telling that it’s not required. But listening success stories means knowing the END point – the destination. That’s required only once to get the idea of END point. But the main effort is in the meanwhile i.e the road – the smooth – the rough – the anything possible road. As this road is not a straight line joining the START and END point. It’s a totally unpredictable, random road full of chaos. Like in the picture you can see different points in the road like A, B,…

10 Steps to Build a Strong Brand for Startups

Branding is the most important theme for a startup company. You have two option for your startup:
Either make your company's brand.Or break your business. Right?
But yes of course making brand is not that much easy. It requires too much effort, tremendous perseverance, Customer oriented vision and relentless hard work. But once you completed building your brand it's too much easy to carry on. Then things work in a non-linear fashion. And to set up your startup's brand you need to follow certain techniques and steps which I will discuss now.
Step#1: Choose your brand's name: I have done several researches on this to determine whether a unique and catchy name is most important or any name is okay to build your reputation as a brand. And I found that though the unique and catchy name has some attraction, it's not that much important factor to build your brand. But of course I will recommend you to choose your name mindfully and choose at least 6-7 names as during your…
